Exchange/Return/Cancellation Policies

Exchange:

In occurrence of an exchange, we will only permit them if your order is packaged wrong. 

*With this being said, PLEASE confirm the length, texture, and size of your bundles and lace before purchasing.*

 We will happily accept the hair back, in the SAME condition. The hair is required to be in the original clear packaging. We do have the right to decline exchanges if the merchandise looks tampered with, for the safety of our Klients and staff. 

In result of an exchange, we will ship you your correct order free of shipping. 

Cancellation:

Orders can ONLY be cancelled Before the point of shipping. Contact us on any platform to get your order cancelled!

Once your order has been shipped out, you will have to follow the terms of our return policy below.

Return:

Due to sanitary conditions, all hair sales will be final. We will only exchange orders, under the terms of our exchange policy above. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please contact us using the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page!

About how long will it take for my hair to arrive?

SINGLE BUNDLES WILL SHIP FASTER THAN A CUSTOM WIG!

Please allow up to 5-10 business days before you receive your tracking number and/or order.  Please be patient with us and our vendor, thank you in advance.

Hair is not kept on hand

Please Note: We are not responsible for the package after it has left our possession. Unfortunately, there is no way we can look into the status of the order any more than the tracking number provided. We are sorry, but you will have to get in contact with USPS. 

What if I want to purchase hair on hand?

Hair is not currently sold on hand for same day pick-up due to lack of inventory. Hair will be sold in person soon.

However, if you would like to avoid the shipping fee and pick up the hair, that is no problem at all. Just be aware that this will NOT speed up the process of your order, only change how the hair is distributed.

What is the difference between Transparent lace and HD lace?

HD lace is a thinner, softer, and more delicate lace that will allow a seamless melt onto the skin! This makes the hairline look as natural as possible and undetectable. HD stands for "High Definition" and will look as such.

Transparent lace is usually tinted a little to conform to a skin color and slightly more rough in texture because of the thickness. The thickness does allow the lace to be more durable!

How many bundles do I need?

The amount of hair you need to purchase depends on the desired hairstyle and the size of your head.

• Bob hairstyles only require two bundles shorter bundles; they are thicker.

• Three bundles are perfect for mid-back hairstyles.

• Any hairstyles 26" and longer, four bundles is suggested due to longer bundles being thinner. An extra bundle will give off a fuller, more healthy look.
